Offshore Communications for a Major Wind Energy Project.

Delivering reliable communications to offshore platforms presents unique engineering and logistical challenges, particularly when equipment must be installed before the structure reaches its final offshore location.

RAFT Systems was subcontracted to install microwave communications equipment onto an offshore platform while it was under construction in Cádiz, Spain. Following its transportation to the German Baltic Sea, RAFT engineers returned to complete the microwave link alignment and commissioning.

The project demonstrates RAFT's experience in offshore communications, international engineering mobilisation and long-distance microwave connectivity, with ongoing maintenance support provided following commissioning.
