About image

RAFT Systems is a UK-based specialist in wireless and telecoms networks, delivering turnkey solutions — from design to maintenance. With 35 years’ experience, we combine global expertise with a personal, responsive service that large corporates can’t match.

Since 1987, RAFT Systems has been trusted to design, plan, and deliver radio and wireless networks for public, private, and PTO markets worldwide. Our track record spans more than 30 countries, from large-scale 100+ link rollouts for major telecom operators to bespoke networks for critical industries such as healthcare, utilities, universities, and local councils.

In the UK, RAFT has built a strong reputation in the rail industry, completing installation and commissioning on more than 200 sites across major PDH and SDH communications rollouts. We are often called upon to deliver the full lifecycle of network projects — survey, design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance — in environments where reliability and precision are critical.

Our strength lies in combining deep technical expertise with an agile, highly skilled team. Every RAFT engineer is multi-trained, reducing handoffs and ensuring projects are delivered faster and with fewer errors. Our directors remain hands-on, bringing decades of knowledge directly to every project.

Why Choose RAFT

  • Proven global track record across 30+ countries and multiple sectors.
  • Bespoke, future-proof network solutions — not off-the-shelf installs.
  • Agile team that can mobilise quickly and deliver in complex environments.
  • Direct communication: clients get a named project lead throughout.
  • Cost-effective delivery thanks to lean overheads, without compromise on quality.

In today’s world of growing connectivity demands, RAFT Systems is the trusted partner that delivers — whether it’s a single mast re-alignment or a nationwide multi-link rollout. From Asia to Zambia, and throughout the UK, if you have a requirement, we have a solution.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY

At RAFT Systems, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that quality isn’t a single stage of a project — it’s built into every step, from design and sourcing through to installation, delivery, and long-term support. For us, “satisfaction” means more than just a completed job. It means: Clear, open communication from day one. Bespoke solutions designed around each client’s environment and needs. Reliable delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. A responsive team that stays with you throughout the project lifecycle. Our goal is simple: to make working with RAFT an experience that clients return to — not just because we get the job done, but because we make the process straightforward, collaborative, and dependable.

SHARE YOUR FEEDBACK
At RAFT Systems, we’re proud of the strong relationships we build with our clients. Your feedback not only helps us improve but also helps others understand what it’s like to work with us.
