Today, we're celebrating an incredible milestone at RAFT Systems... 35 years of Sam Farmer! 🎉
Joining the business straight after completing her A Levels, Sam began her journey with RAFT as an Administrator. Fast forward 35 years, and she is now one of our Company Directors.
Over the past three and a half decades, Sam has worn more hats than we can count (and she still does!). From administration and finance to operations, project support, HR and everything in between, she has become the definition of a professional multitasker.
Anyone who knows Sam will know that she somehow manages to keep countless plates spinning at once. There aren't many areas of the business she hasn't been involved in, and there certainly aren't many challenges she can't tackle.
Perhaps most importantly, Sam has been part of the RAFT story from almost the very beginning. She has seen the business evolve from a small start-up into the company we are today and has played a fundamental role in shaping that journey.
Her knowledge, dedication, loyalty and unwavering commitment to the business are impossible to measure, and it's difficult to imagine RAFT without her.
